Job Purpose

Voorzien dat de producten consistent voldoen aan de eisen, dat processen stabiel en efficiënt zijn, en dat kwaliteitsproblemen structureel worden opgelost.

• Bewaken van productkwaliteit & naleving van specificaties
• Laten uitvoeren en verbeteren van inspecties, testen en meetmethodes
• Root cause analyses (5 Why, Ishikawa (4M), FMEA, RCPS, …)
• Opvolgen van afwijkingen + corrigerende & preventieve acties
• Optimaliseren van productieprocessen (scrap, rework, variatie)
• Ondersteuning bij onderhouden van kwaliteitsdocumentatie & audits
• Kwaliteitsinput bij nieuwe producten, wijzigingen & validaties
• Bijdragen tot training en ondersteuning van operatoren en productie
• Supplier quality: aansturen tot opvolging & verbeteracties
• Data‑analyse van kwaliteitsresultaten bij dealers en klanten (trends, klachten, returns, velddata) en hierbij aansturen tot het stellen van de juiste prioriteiten.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master in technische richting of gelijkgesteld door ervaring.
• Analytisch denken en data‑analyse (Pareto, trendanalyses, …)
• Kennis van kwaliteitsmethodes (5 Why, Ishikawa (4M), PDCA, FMEA, PPAP, MSA,…)
• Inzicht in productieprocessen, materialen en machines
• Technische tekeningen en toleranties interpreteren (GD&T)
• Noties van kwaliteitsnormen en audits (ISO 9001,…)
• Ervaring met klachtenanalyse, returns en velddata = pluspunt
• Teamplayer en sterke communicatie met productie, engineering, aankoop, leveranciers, dealers en klanten.
• Probleemoplossend en gestructureerd werken
• Nauwkeurige documentatie en procedurebeheer
• Prioriteiten stellen in een dynamische productieomgeving
• Proactieve, kritische en hands‑on werkhouding
• Stressbestendigheid en oog voor detail
• Taal: Nederlands & Engels
