Job Purpose

Are you a driven professional with a passion for product marketing? As a Product Marketing Specialist at CNH, you will play a crucial role in managing the product offering and supporting the market in the Benelux region, with a specific focus on Low Horsepower tractors, reach forklifts and Construction Light machines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Offer Management: Select and manage product offerings for Low Horsepower tractors, reach forklifts and Construction Light machines. Define market standards and analyze sales data to optimize offerings.
  • Sales Support: Provide quick and accurate answers to questions from sales teams and sales administration throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Product Launches: Support product launches by managing information flows and supporting budget planning.
  • Sales Argumentation: Prepare sales arguments and coordinate commercial and product training for the marketplace.
  • Commercial Actions: Support condition development, season budgets and manage company stock orders and key models.
  • Market Analysis: Track market performance, analyze competitive activities and support European teams with product and pricing information.
  • Customer visits: Visit customers and dealers to understand their needs and provide feedback to the European marketing team.

Experience Required

  • Educational background: Bachelor's or master's degree in agriculture, engineering, marketing, business administration or economics.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, advanced communication and presentation skills, master Excel, Word and PowerPoint, project management, analytical and organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
  • Product Knowledge: Practical knowledge of CNH Industrial products and experience in product marketing.
  • Travel Requirements: Willing to travel nationally and internationally up to 20% of the time.
