Job Purpose

The New Product Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring that new products or systems meet quality standards and customer expectations throughout the production process and lifecycle. This role involves setting quality goals and monitoring quality performance during launch of the new products or systems, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. 

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the new content risk analysis at the start of a new project
• Propose current product issues to be added
• Manage the quality and reliability targets
• Monitor the key readiness indicators
• Identify product and program risks
• Coordinate Early Warning after OK To Ship

Experience Required

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering.
• Agricultural background or sound knowledge of agricultural practices.
• Quality management experience and problem solving expertise
• Knowledge of quality tools: Design Reviews, FMEA, Control Plans, ...

Preferred Qualifications

• Very good communication skills
• Team player
• Problem solver
• Language skills: English fluently
