Job Purpose
As a Supplier Quality Coordinator within the EMEA Harvesting team, you are responsible for ensuring the quality of products and services delivered by external suppliers. You play a key role in coordinating quality processes, monitoring supplier performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier quality processes within the GPP program.
- Conduct audits and assessments at supplier sites.
- Follow up on non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Report quality indicators and trends to management.
- Support qualification processes for new suppliers and products.
- Lead Field issue/CPM problem resolution on supplier manufacturing defects (CNH1/2 components) within the platform’s TTF targets.
- Facilitate technical discussions with suppliers and Supplier Warranty Recovery team for PIP recovery.
Experience Required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality management or supply chain in an industrial setting.
- Experience with supplier audits and quality standards such as ISO 9001.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in an international environment.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., engineering, quality management) or equivalent through experience.
- Familiarity with GPP processes and experience with harvesting equipment is a plus.
