Job Purpose

The Test Engineer Co-op will support the Product Validation team in Wichita, KS, focusing on Skid Steers and Compact Track Loaders. This role provides hands-on experience validating component and vehicle system performance, reliability, and durability through lab and field testing. The co-op will work closely with engineers to analyze results, identify improvement opportunities, and support product quality and development objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzes lab test and field test results and performs failure analyses. 
• Coordinate activities in the field to gather data relevant to equipment operations. 
• Prepares reports of test results, identifies potential adjustments to component dimension (size, strength, material, etc) and makes recommendations to design engineering in order to enhance overall product quality.
• Utilize engineering principles, practices, calculations, and judgment to make recommendations that contribute to the engineering and manufacturing objectives for specific products.

​The annual salary for this role is USD $19.57 - $38.11 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
