Co-Op Program Overview

We are committed to building a strong talent pipeline by investing in early career professionals. Our internship and co-op programs provide mentorship, training, hands-on experience, and growth opportunities that empower students to explore their career paths with confidence. Perform stuctural, hydraulic, vibration, noise, and software validation on component and Skidsteer and Compact Track Loader machines. Testing will be performed in lab and in field applications to support the overall development and enhancement of new and existing construction.

Key Responsibilities

Experience Required

Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering

The annual salary for this role is USD $19.57 - $27.81 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
