Job Purpose
In support of the development of the CNHI Business System, the Site Lean Leader in Wichita, Kansas will provide the Site Leadership Team with support developing, deploying, and building internal skills and capabilities in ensuring the development of an “engine” of Continuous Improvement built on…Utilization of Value Stream Mapping to establish a customer focused, quantified, prioritized Roadmap of Major Projects, and Kaizen (Rapid Improvement Workshop) aligned to Strategy Deployment goals, Financial (Revenue, Profit and Cash Flow) and Operating KPI gaps.

- Material Pull Systems / Kanban / Heijunka Kaizen
- Total Productive Maintenance (Preventive, Autonomous)
- 3P (Process, Product, Layout, Structure) Design Kaizen
- Deployment of an integrated Daily-Weekly-Monthly Management/Operating System that drives incremental day to day performance improvement of the Key Performance Indicators (metrics) that are leading indicators of the financial performance of the business.
- Establish the critical KPIs to measure at the right levels in the organization tied to Customer, Employee, Shareholder and other Key Stakeholders’ satisfaction.
- Create customer-focused, rigorous, simple visual performance tools to drive consistent review versus targets, prioritization of problems and effective root cause problem-solving / countermeasure throughout the organization.

Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree

- Complex multi-product and market business with strong preference for high priced capital equipment with complex supply chain and logistics requirements.
- Experience using Lean/CI tools in both manufacturing and business process environment to deliver results
- Experience teaching, coaching, and facilitating teams utilizing the core Lean Toolsets in a Rapid Improvement Workshop (1 week) style - Toyota Production System / Shingijutsu / Danaher type toolsets
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in industrial manufacturing business implementing the above
- Experience driving increased customer focus, understanding and value creation across a very internally focused organization
- High energy, effective communicator capable of leading across functional lines and without direct reporting authority
- Results focus and orientation. Understands and balances driving process change for sustainability while delivering on financial and operational results.
- Innovative thinker, but even more importantly, able to help other leaders and teams get “outside the box” and drive “breakthrough thinking”.
- Has the technical capability to understand and help solve complex problems.
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $133,875.00 - $160,650.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
