Job Purpose

CNH is seeking a finance professional with deep experience in securitization compliance, including the oversight of regulatory, contractual, and governance requirements throughout the ongoing administration of asset-backed and other structured finance transactions.

This role is critical to CNH Industrial Capital North America’s ABS program, which provides approximately 50% of North American funding. Responsibilities include overseeing compliance with transaction requirements for ABS wholesale trusts, warehouse facilities, and retail term trusts, including contract eligibility reviews, and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely distribution of investor and trustee reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Monthly Servicer Reporting
•    Review monthly servicer reporting for U.S. and Canadian wholesale trusts, warehouse facilities, and retail trusts to ensure compliance with transaction reporting requirements, as well as the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all reports.
•    Work to streamline and improve servicer processes, as business needs change within the department / organization.
•    Utilize various CNH systems to perform operational tasks and gather financial data.

ABS Process in Retail Loan System
•    Review and validate the ABS selection process for U.S. and Canadian term securitizations and warehouse facilities to ensure compliance with transaction eligibility criteria, governing documents, and internal control requirements.
•    Evaluate and assess opportunities to leverage third party technology solutions to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, control environment, and compliance oversight of the ABS contract selection process.
•    Assist in annual End-to-End testing of retail loan system for ABS functions or when hotfixes are delivered.

Compliance
•    Provide support to Internal Audit and Deloitte Touche for on-going compliance testing.
•    Prepare necessary work papers and documentation to support SOX analysis of specific treasury reporting key controls.
•    Analyze, evaluate, develop and recommend new methods that strengthen internal controls, propose changes for improvement to increase the effectiveness and accuracy of the treasury reporting data.

Other
•    Successfully collaborate with Treasury, Legal, Accounting, Business Reporting, IT for Retail & Wholesale systems, PMO and QRM groups when needed.
•    Investigate problems of a complex nature in area of responsibility and be able to present proposed solutions in a clear, concise manner.
•    Support CNH Industrial Capital’s ALM team as needed.
•    Perform adhoc requests or related duties as assigned.

Experience Required

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experienced professional who carries out a full range of professional duties by working independently with minimal guidance.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • Working knowledge of: 
    • SAP and SAP business warehouse
    • Generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of structured finance, securitization mechanics, and capital markets.
  • Advanced financial modeling (cash flow waterfalls, stress testing).
  • Familiarity with rating agency methodologies and investor expectations.
  • Understanding of legal structures, SPVs, true sale, and bankruptcy remoteness.
  • Experience with regulatory and accounting frameworks relevant to securitization.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced level of knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access.
  • Advanced level of knowledge working with and editing macros in Microsoft Excel.
  • Solves complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • Prior financial services, Capital Markets or asset-backed securitization experience a plus

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $86,625.00 - $132,825.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
