Job Purpose

Join our Product Management team and gain valuable, hands-on experience shaping the future of our products. As a Junior Product Manager Intern, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and contribute to product development initiatives that directly impact our customers and business.

You will be part of the product team focused on enhancing our customer experience. This role is non-supervisory and emphasizes individual initiative and contribution while collaborating with others on the product team to achieve goals and meet deadlines to a high standard. You will work alongside with the product team on product initiatives in the backlog and on the roadmap and participate in relevant agile and product development ceremonies. You'll also be able to connect and network with other interns, peers and mentors who will challenge you and help you develop important product management skills while contributing your creative perspective on major projects.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Partnering with customer-facing teams to understand and validate enhancement requests

  • Helping design new product concepts for customer feedback

  • Reviewing usage data to inform product decisions

  • Assisting with developing product requirements and documentation

  • Collaborating with engineering to ensure delivery of high-quality, user-focused products

  • Conducting market research on competitors and industry trends to guide strategy

  • Supporting product launches through coordination across teams

  • Analyzing production support data and preparing actionable recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates may be pursuing an Associates, Technical, Bachelor’s, or Post-graduate degree in one of the following majors or related fields: Product Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science and Human Computer Interaction 

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $18.75 - $30.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
