Job Purpose

The Regional Segment/Function HR Business Manager acts as a strategic and operational partner to regional leadership, ensuring the effective deployment of global HR strategies and initiatives within the region. This role bridges global HR direction with local execution, aligning HR practices with regional business needs and cultural context. The Regional Segment/Function HR Business Manager collaborates closely with the Global HR Business Partner and regional leadership to drive talent development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement and culture.

 

This position is a hybrid role and requires the employee to be on-site at the CNH facility in Waterford, WI at least three (3) days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals.
  • Implement established human resources policies, procedures, and practices to meet requirements supporting short and long-term business needs.
  • Coordinates, and administers various aspects of the organization compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organization development, and employee relations programs.
  • Counsels and advises management and employees on personnel programs and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Analyze workforce metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Support organizational change, restructuring, and transformation initiatives
  • Support and lead employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
  • May manage, motivate and assesses performance of a small team of HR professionals.
  • Drive talent management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
  • Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
  • Support compensation, promotion, and retention decisions for salaried employees.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field of study
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience required 
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and compliance requirements. 
  • Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels. 
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data reporting. 
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional experience working for large, global manufacturing company. 
  • Proficiency in Success Factors.
  • Knowledge of Power BI reporting tools.

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $137,475.00 - $210,795.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
