Job Purpose
As a Digital Transformation Analyst, you will be a key contributor to CNH Industrial Financial Services’ Global Risk Modeling & Analytics team. This role offers the opportunity to work on global initiatives, applying advanced analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) to solve complex credit risk and business challenges. You will support data science standards, participate in ad hoc and periodic risk-centric projects, and collaborate across regions to develop innovative, data-driven solutions.
You will be responsible for preparing, managing, and analyzing large datasets, applying machine learning (ML) and AI techniques to build and maintain predictive models, and supporting the development of automated decisioning tools. Your work will directly impact credit risk strategy, underwriting, collections, and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities
AI & ML Modeling:
- Develop and implement AI-driven credit risk models using ML algorithms on large-scale datasets.
- Build predictive models for origination, behavior, collections, financial health, bureau data, delinquency, fraud detection, loss forecasting, and auto-approval systems.
- Continuously refine models using feedback loops and performance monitoring.
Data Science & Analytics:
- Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders using advanced analytics and visualization tools.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering to support model development.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to address emerging business needs and risk mitigation strategies.
Technology & Infrastructure:
- Collaborate with IT to maintain structured data environments and ensure data integrity.
- Work with platforms such as Azure Databricks, SAS, and other cloud-based tools to support scalable model deployment.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools and data sources for enhanced risk assessment.
Reporting & Communication:
- Present model results and analytical findings through dashboards, visualizations, and formal reports.
- Document model development processes, assumptions, and validation steps for audit and compliance purposes.
- Support ongoing monitoring and recalibration of deployed models.
Collaboration & Innovation:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven business solutions.
- Contribute to the development of global data science standards and best practices.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and methodologies relevant to financial services.
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science).
- Familiarity and/or experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and/or AI applications.
- Experience in data querying, dashboard development, and model deployment.
- Familiarity with Azure Databricks, SAS, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Programming experience in Python, R, SAS, or similar languages.
- Strong understanding of big data ecosystems and data engineering principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical findings into business insights.
- Advanced problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
- Experience in financial services, particularly in credit risk or collections.
- Hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI solutions in production environments.
- Knowledge of model governance, validation, and regulatory compliance in financial institutions.
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $84,375.00 - $123,750.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
