Job Purpose

This individual will lead AI adoption and Microsoft process automation within a captive finance organization. They will manage a small team of data analytics professionals and collaborate with the corporate Data Innovation team to identify and implement AI-driven opportunities. They will work to continue to drive innovation, efficiency, and integration across business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team focused on data analytics and automation
• Champion AI initiatives and Microsoft Power Platform tools
• Oversee data analytics projects using Microsoft Databricks
• Guide Python-based integrations with Databricks
• Partner with corporate teams to evaluate emerging AI technologies across business

Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (Computer science, AI, Business, Finance, etc)
• 10 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of AI concepts and automation frameworks
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Databricks and Python
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI
• Proven leadership and strategic planning abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in finance or captive finance operations
• Familiarity with Azure cloud service

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $119,250.00 - $174,900.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
