Job Purpose

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing and directing all compound operations alongwith Quality within a specific region, ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant handling, storage, and movement of vehicles or equipment. The position defines regional strategies, drives operational excellence, and ensures alignment with corporate objectives. Acting as the regional authority for compound management, this role collaborates with global and local teams to optimize space utilization, inventory accuracy, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing of all AG compounds (internal and external) in India from safety, quality and operations aspect
• Responsible for logistics quality in India with defined approach towards containment, proactive and predictive methods
• Ensuring compounds operations as per CNH policy, procedure and guidelines
• Ensuring the compound operations within the defined cost target with regular forecasting and actual reviews
• Ensuring compliance of CNH revenue recognition laid with regular check mechanism
• Building short and long strategies for compound as per CNH growth strategy
• Inculcating the usage of digitalization/i4.0 in compounds
• Having close co-ordination with Sales, CL and plant Quality
• Driving continuous process improvement in compounds towards cost and quality
• Responsible to drive global projects for compound as per the roadmap
• Ensuring inventory in saleable condition with system accuracy
• Supporting the implementation of new practices and processes/Communicating clearly to reduce resistance and ensure adoption
• Carry out governance activities for the range
• Carry out KPI activities of the LSPs on monthly basis

Experience Required

• 15 to 20 years of experience in logistics, supply chain
• Manufacturing / Automotive / Agricultural / Heavy equipment industry experience preferred

• Ability to lead relationships in in varying circumstances to create high-performing an collaborative teams.
• Ability to approach a problem or a challenge in an innovative way, redefine problems and opportunities to develop new responses and solutions.
• Being ready to change plans, roles, or tools according to the needs of the moment and unexpected events in the supply chain.
• Understanding the needs of internal/external customers and working to meet them, improving service quality.
• Good lernagility

Preferred Qualifications

BE / B.Tech (Engineering) or MBA
