Job Purpose

The Network Development Succession Planning lead is responsible for building standard transaction models, processes, and requirements to facilitate dealer consolidation as envisioned in the regional plans. This role involves defining dealer succession planning frameworks, managing consolidation plans, developing investor pipelines, attracting capital, overseeing CNH investments, and optimizing dealer consolidation.

Key Responsibilities

•    Define Dealer Succession Planning Framework: Develop a robust framework to support the dynamic dealership maturity and readiness for business transition. Ensure alignment with regional plans and strategic objectives.
•    Dealer Consolidation and Optimization: Develop processes for efficient dealer consolidation. Implement optimization strategies to enhance overall network performance. Build standard transaction models to support dealer consolidation and expansion. Facilitate smooth transitions during mergers and acquisitions.
•    Investor Pipeline & Attract Capital: Identify potential investors and develop strategies to attract capital. Manage relationships with investors to ensure financial support for consolidation efforts.
•    CNH Investment: Evaluate investment opportunities that benefit the network through consolidation. Strategize on investment allocation to maximize returns and network growth.
•    Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with regional directors, dealers, investors, and other stakeholders. Ensure clear communication of plans, processes, and progress across all levels of the organization.
•    Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Prepare regular reports on succession planning progress, M&A activities, investment outcomes, etc.
•    Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Implement best practices in succession planning frameworks.
•    Support in M&A operations among dealers and investors (Private Equity funds, Family Offices).

Experience Required

This role requires strategic vision, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, financial acumen and a focus on both short- and long-term network development goals. This role can interact with the leadership team of the AG Segment and senior representatives of investors, owners or dealer management.

Main requirements: 
•    5+ years of B2B Dealer/distributor consolidation and M&A operations
•    5+ years of experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Development roles.
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills, high degree of expertise in developing presentations and in persuasive business writing.
•    Business acumen in manufacturing, distribution and/or construction operations including experiences in sales, marketing, engineering, multi-unit operations, finance, purchasing, information technology, legal and regulatory compliance.
•    Exceptional program and project management skills and ability to lead simultaneous multiple projects.
•    Comfort operating in ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting/Finance or related field.
