Job Purpose

Bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. The IT Business Specialist bridges business needs with IT solutions by analyzing processes, defining requirements, improvements and supporting the delivery of enhancements across EMEA Sales, Commercial Operations and Network Development systems and related applications. The role evaluates AS‑IS and TO‑BE scenarios, supports the business strategy evolution, coordinates functional and technical stakeholders, and ensures smooth execution of both project activities and maintenance support.
The position plays a key role in enabling continuous improvement, ensuring that systems and integrations evolve consistently with business expectations and CNH ICT standards. Responsibilities align directly with the ICT Business Specialist competency framework covering business process analysis, requirement gathering, project coordination, cross‑functional collaboration, ITIL‑based service management, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•    Requirement Gathering & Business Process Analysis: Identify, collect, and evaluate business requirements for business systems, serving as the primary contact for business functional needs. Conduct business process analysis by examining current workflows (AS-IS) and defining future models (TO-BE) to facilitate system enhancements. Translate business needs into clear, functional specifications that adhere to IT standards.
•    Solution Design & Project Coordination: Coordinating enhancement and project activities by collaborating closely with business users, suppliers, and IT teams to ensure thorough planning and effective execution. Additionally, this role contributes to the design, validation, and documentation of system changes and integrations, while supporting cross-team initiatives to guarantee that data and solutions meet the needs of both IT and business functions. 
•   Communications: Clear and continuous communication is maintained with business stakeholders, project managers, ICT teams, and external suppliers.
•   Operational Support & Maintenance: involves analyzing and resolving system issues to maintain an efficient and stable system environment. It includes providing user support, guidance, and training to facilitate system adoption and effective use. Additionally, service management activities are carried out in accordance with ITIL best practices.
•    Documentation & Quality: Produce and maintain functional and operational documentation supporting system lifecycle needs.
•    Continous Improvement: Ongoing enhancement initiatives are supported to optimize business processes and systems, while digitalization opportunities are pursued by leveraging modern IT tools.

Experience Required

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
•    Minimum 5 years related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (eg Masters degree and entry level role)
•    Demonstrated experience in commercial applications.
•    Maintenance support and issue resolution skills.
•    Strong communication, organization, multi-tasking, and time‑management skills.  
•    Ability to effectively use AI‑assisted productivity tools and experience applying enterprise‑grade AI solutions to support decision‑making and improve business and IT processes.
•    Ability to work at a fast pace efficiently.
 

Preferred Qualifications

•    Experience in cross‑team collaboration for system integrations and data exchange.
•    Skills in Data Analysis & Reporting in commercial or operational ICT contexts.
•    Experience conducting requirement‑gathering workshops or training sessions.
•    Familiarity with ITIL principles and service management processes.
•    Previous coordination with suppliers, service providers, or maintenance teams.
