Job Purpose

The EMEA HR Shared Services Digitalization Specialist will drive the digitalization of HR processes across the EMEA region, supporting the rollout and adoption of new digital tools (ie Business Process Management & CRM/Pipefy, AI driven process automation, RPA, etc). Reporting to the EMEA HR Digital Services, Data & Automation lead, the specialist will map and redesign HR processes, ensure data quality, deliver training, manage vendors and pilot innovative digital solutions, coordinating with local, regional and global stakeholders.

The position is open in Italy (Turin and Modena sites), UK (Basildon) and Poland (Warsaw).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation, configuration and maintenance of Pipefy workflows and AI-driven HR tools
  • Map “as-is” processes, design “to-be” digital workflows and oversee process reengineering
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track processes and tool adoption and related KPIs
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs to enable EMEA HR digital tools utilization
  • Liaise with global teams to clarify platform functionality and propose continuous improvements
  • Manage technology vendors, local HR leads and pilot new digital solutions
  • PMO activities: track roadmap, priorities, milestones, and report progress

Experience Required

  • 5–7 years’ in HR processes reengineering, HR technology and digital transformation
  • Digitalization projects in HR with exposure to AI-powered tools
  • International initiatives across diverse cultural backgrounds and time zones

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in IT, Management Engineering, Business Administration or related field
  • HR technology (SuccessFactors strongly preferred)
  • Process design and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Process mapping notation languages and tools (BPMN, Microsoft Visio)
  • Automation and low-code platforms (Pipefy, Microsoft Power Platform)
  • Excellent communication, change management and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Fluency in English, additional European languages are a plus
