Job Purpose
Reporting to the Credit Monitoring & Risk, the role will coordinate and facilitate the “EFV (Estimate Future Value) request flow” with various stakeholders as Brand, Financial partners, Finance, Marketing and Risk. It’s crucial to build strong relationships in order to promote and improve the products with Asset Risk value risk. The candidate will also be in charge of storing, monitoring and reporting the documentation related with abovementioned products (annexes, commitments, units, fees) starting with current systems already in place and promoting the development of tools and processes where as needed so to have a more efficient way to validate portfolio data
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the EFV request Flow (in strict cooperation with Residual Value Risk department) both for Rental Mechanism and Remarketing agreement in UK (and any other eventual request should happen i.e Buy Back request from Brand)
- Call the Residual Value Committee (RVC) any time it’s necessary
- Manage the coding of any request/transactions approved by RVC to keep their traceability
- Develop, manage and simplify current tools (with possibility to change them in accordance of any simplification and needs)
- Work with stakeholder to finalize the reporting process as established in Frameworks agreements Grant the Rental Mechanism Portfolio feeding through collection of all reporting (from Brand, from Financial Partners and from Local retail teams)
- Reviewing the Rental Mechanism procedure, if necessary, to keep aligned with business and organization evolution
- Coordination of all documents collections
- Monitoring of Rental mechanism trough specific reporting and Risk KPI’s.
- Interface with Retail teams on the markets, Risk dept, Accounting and AG/CE European Brands and Global RISK OFF for Residual Value follow-up
Experience Required
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Business or related topics. Master degree is a plus;
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role;
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English,
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office, specially Excel and Sharepoint;
- Hands on experience in reporting tool such as Qlik,
- Strong team work skills;
- Ability to communicate and make presentations to senior management.
