Job Purpose

Thailand Parts Sales will be responsible for achieving sales targets, supporting Thai dealers, and monitoring performance for parts sales growth in Thailand market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales revenue and margin objectives for assigned territory and each dealer/point of sale within territory.
  • Deliver the territory parts business plan to ensure achievement of budget and to identify and exploit all new parts business growth opportunities with Importers.
  • Ensure dealers are aware of available promotions and place orders in line with objectives.
  • Visit network on regular basis to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Monitor territory parts sales performance and provide forecast updates on a timely basis.
  • Conduct studies in the marketplace to determine competitive activity and, where appropriate, develop necessary action plans to counter activity and recover lost business.
  • Suggest and indicate parts marketing programs to improve CNH/ Importer revenue and profit.
  • Support market intelligence for central parts market development initiatives.
  • Sustain dealer inventory to be optimized to provide maximum levels of customer order fill and satisfaction.
  • Assist dealers/point of sales in resolution of parts shipment and supply problems.
  • To update and train dealers and Point of sale on parts related IT tools and systems

Experience Required

  • Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or related to Agricultural Engineering.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in service-related function or engineering

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good customer service skills - Customer Relationship Management
  • Fluent English language.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with excellent written & verbal skills.
  • Excellent PC Skills including:
    • MS Office and other PC based communication tools
  • Willingness to travel within Thailand.
