Job Purpose

We are now hiring a Technical Service Specialist, to help provide technical support both onsite and remote to our dealers and customers. This position will be based out of Sioux Falls, SD. 

Key Responsibilities

• Provides technical support services to customers, including installation, trouble shooting, problem resolution and maintenance of products digital tools and services.  
• Delivers remote and or onsite troubleshooting and diagnostic support services to ensure that all products and/or services fuction properly while escalating technical concerns to product teams and leadership as necessary. 
• Advises customers on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction. 
• Supports technical trainers in the delivery of training courses.
• Communicates with dealers, brands and/or business units any issues or technical information related to impacted programs, products, campaigns etc...
• Other related duties as assigned

Experience Required

• Associated Degree in related field is require OR 
• High School Diploma/GED & 3+ years experience with technical equipment is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agricultural equipment and practices is preferred.
