Job Purpose

As a Region Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Precision Technology product and dealer business experts who are tasked with executing marketing strategies centered around end-to-end technology solutions. The collective team under the leadership of this role will identify region market trends for future product development and use customer centric practices to bring new products to market through iron platforms or aftermarket. This position will be focused on all CNH Ag brands.

Key Responsibilities

In this position you are responsible for the following:

•    Manage and provide leadership direction to a team that is looked to as precision Ag experts for their respective region
•    Drive precision ag technology product adoption and utilization for current and future products by way of factory fit, retro fit, aftermarket, packaging, or tactics
•    Manage end-to-end customer centric go-to-market product launch plans for new products
•    Support new product opportunity requests working alongside a cross functional team identifying customer challenges, project goals, financials, and success metrics
•    Lead key communication touch points that articulate current and future tech stack plans in relation to the CNH brand and global regional needs
•    Discover opportunities in all marketing channels to promote CNH precision technology
•    Advocate and promote CNH precision technology through media channels, farm shows and 3rd party interviews
•    Develop and execute dealer network precision ag readiness plans that align to the brands vision
•    Work cross-functionally with Product Management and Product Specialists to ensure projects in development align with customer needs 

Skills

•    Broad based business, sales, and marketing skills
•    Strong Interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution
•    Proficient in handling multiple projects and/or tasks
•    Knowledge about Ag markets, dealer channels, and customer segments
•    Leverage data to drive decisions, actions, and results

Experience Required

•    8+ years in product marketing, or product management
•    8+ years in leading or working in a cross-functional team to develop and launch new products
•    2+ years developing new processes, tools, and/or capabilities
•    Demonstrated experience working in a global environment, with an understanding of cross-cultural communication
•    Awareness of stage gate and Agile methodology 

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.  Master’s degree preferred
