Job Purpose

The Senior Accountant reports to the Regional Manufacturing Controller and is responsible for the North America Agriculture Region’s Capital Expenditures and CBS Perimeter (CNH Business Systems – Continuous Improvement). This position is eligible for our hybrid work model working a minimum three (3) days on-site at our plant in Racine, WI and maximum two (2) days remote/home office. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Central touch point for all North America Agriculture Plants 
  • Cross Functional Collaboration (Central, Finance, CBS, Agriculture Plants, etc.) 
  • Activities may include general ledger entries; financial analysis and reporting; focus on asset accounting 
  • Oversee capital forecasts, actuals, and reporting 
  • Evaluate, manage, and optimize capital projects, ensuring they align with company goals 
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to all internal controls and SOX requirements 
  • Finance Lead on CBS Systems including roadmaps, targets, forecast alignments 
  • Support core technical skills for finance for of North America Ag Plants needed to drive the CBS perimeter 
  • Other related duties as assigned 

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience 
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and fixed asset accounting 
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within North America

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $84,375.00 - $123,750.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
