Key Responsibilities
Duties: The Product Customer Service Centre Manager at CNH Industrial America LLC in Sturtevant, WI will be responsible for overseeing a team of production and logistics specialists to support manufacturing. Manage and build the monthly operation plan and drive overall plant forecast and production plans. Direct order to delivery execution, working with commercial sales, manufacturing operations, engineering, finance and materials. Manage customer demand and supply chain resources and update and flex production to solve dynamic scheduling changes. Oversee the tire and wheel supply chain for large tractor assembly. Manage report of daily and monthly production schedule adherence. Manage scheduling and delivery of Fargo axle production. Manage scheduling and delivery of sister plant requirements – Benson cabs, Harbin components, Grand Island valves. Manage and direct prioritization of final completion of Tractor production for shipping and delivery. Oversee direct report training and safety management audit completion. Complete direct report performance management process. Salary: $135,845- $182,850 /year
Experience Required
Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field plus 10 years of experience in operations and supply chain management or related occupation. The 10 years of experience must include 10 years of experience with each of the following: (1) forecasting anticipated demand inventory supply and customer lead times based on sales, demand, and capacity; (2) statistical forecasting models, including theory on constraints and predictive models for data analysis and reporting; (3) collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, forecast needs, and optimize schedules; (4) project management principles, including timeline management, constraint analysis, and budgeting for scheduling and managing timelines; (5) production scheduling and inventory management with ERP systems, including SAP; (6) data analysis and tracking in Excel; and (7) building cross-department partnerships.
