Job Purpose

The Manufacturing IT Business Analyst supports CNH’s digital transformation by driving the deployment of SAP S/4HANA (PP/MM) and EWM solutions across North American manufacturing sites. This role partners with plant operations and cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions are integrated with manufacturing processes, scalable across locations, and aligned with business objectives. The position provides hands-on support for SAP implementations, including fit-gap analysis, testing, and data conversion activities specific to each site. The role also works closely with plant teams to identify operational gaps and deliver integrated IT solutions beyond SAP, including Azure/Power BI reporting, MES integrations, and other technical tools that enhance shop floor operations and support long-term manufacturing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Be part of the team to roll out SAP Manufacturing & EWM across the US & CA plants on an aggressive timeline with parallel project coordination
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Drive decisions on optimal SAP configuration.
• Work with plants and system integrator to drive design, test, and conversion to SAP at rollout sites.
• Coordinate cross-system integrations (MES, reporting, job scheduling, shop floor hardware) to ensure seamless end-to-end process execution.
• Manage data conversion strategy, mapping, validation, and quality controls.
• Lead testing phases (integration, UAT) and support end-user training.
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Evaluate emerging technologies, automation opportunities, and AI-enabled capabilities to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with requirements gathering and design, development, enterprise application testing, and data conversion around ERP and business reporting systems
• SAP preferred – PP, MM, SD, EWM
• Strong understanding of integration tools and protocols (IDocs -SAP, APIs, PI/PO, middleware, MQ, OPC UA).
• Experience with data mapping, conversion, and performance optimization.
• Experience with software testing and test automation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and learn across multiple systems and components
• Experience with shop floor hardware integration

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification in relevant modules or architecture.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic developer experience for any common language .NET, Python, Java, C+
• Familiarity with business analytics tools: Databricks, PowerBI, SQL, Qliksense
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid SAP deployments.

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is $86,625 - $132,825 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
