Job Purpose
Are you passionate about creating digital solutions that drive growth and elevate customer experience?
We’re looking for an E-Commerce Development Manager based in St Marys, NSW to design and roll out a high-performing e-commerce strategy tailored to the ANZ parts business. You’ll work closely with our dealer network – delivering onboarding, training, and personalised support to help them develop and execute their own e-commerce plans, increase share of wallet and capture new retail opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the e-commerce strategy for the ANZ parts business
- Support dealer onboarding and training on the e-commerce platform and related tools
- Partner with dealers to develop and execute their individual strategies for online retail growth
- Monitor and report on e-commerce performance, identifying insights and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align digital strategies with broader business goals
- Ensure seamless integration of e-commerce platforms with existing systems and processes
- Identify market trends, customer behaviours and technology advancements to drive innovation
- Champion best practices in digital customer experience and retail optimisation
- Drive continuous improvement in platform performance, functionality, and user experience
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activity to support parts sales through e-commerce channels
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Required
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce or a related field
- Proven experience in e-commerce development and digital retail strategies
- Experience in the agriculture, motor vehicle or a related industry is highly regarded
- Confident in training and supporting stakeholders, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker who thrives on turning insight into action
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer experience best practices
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and matrixed environment
- Adaptable, open-minded and solutions-focused team player
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels
- Willingness to travel
