We’re looking for a Product Manager - Parts Marketing to drive the growth, competitiveness, and performance of CNH’s genuine parts and key third‑party product lines. If you love solving commercial problems, shaping product strategy, and supporting dealers with market‑leading solutions - this role is for you.

 

You’ll take full ownership of your product categories, leading everything from market analysis and business cases to product roadmaps, pricing input, and lifecycle management. Your work will directly influence revenue, profitability, and dealer/customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management

 

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business, dealer, and customer needs
  • Build business cases for new suppliers and new product introductions
  • Improve processes to support efficiency and customer experience
  • Coordinate wholesale and retail marketing content for your categories
  • Work with Sales to grow market share and product visibility
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers to understand current and emerging market needs
  • Collaborate with Parts Purchasing on strategic portfolio development
  • Monitor margin performance to meet revenue and profitability targets
  • Manage product inventory to minimise excess and obsolescence
  • Benchmark competitors and global CNH portfolios to ensure competitiveness
  • Oversee full lifecycle management from concept and forecasting to obsolescence
  • Rationalise under‑performing vendors to strengthen purchasing power

 

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

 

  • Define stocked product lines in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with Retail Marketing to ensure strong product positioning
  • Collaborate with Pricing-on-pricing strategy and maintenance
  • Partner with brands on new product introductions and stocking levels
  • Maintain open communication with Sales, Field Teams, and Product Support

Experience Required

  • Strategic and commercially minded professional who thrives in a cross‑functional, fast‑moving business
  • Demonstrated success in launching or expanding product lines
  • Experience managing multi‑SKU product portfolios, ideally in a global industrial or aftermarket environment
  • Background in product management, product marketing, or sales (agricultural or construction parts desirable)
  • Proven ability to grow market share and drive profitability
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving market needs
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing (preferred but not essential)
