We are looking for a Commercial Business Unit (CBU) Manager to lead and grow our operations across South Australia and Western Australia. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving performance across whole goods, parts & service, seeding & tillage and precision technology within these key territories.
You’ll manage dealer relationships, lead a cross-functional team, and work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve sales, market share and profitability targets – while ensuring a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Set and cascade volume, market share and revenue targets across CBU teams and dealership groups
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (wholegoods, parts & service, seeding & tillage and precision technology) to deliver against regional goals
- Manage dealer performance, develop and execute strategies, and take action to address underperformance
- Collaborate with commercial, product, pricing, marketing and training teams to design and implement effective sales and support programs
- Drive dealer and customer training to support product knowledge, sales growth and strong NPS outcomes
- Oversee NPS performance and lead improvement initiatives across customer purchase and dealer experience
- Promote a culture of technology utilisation through connected services (CNH FieldOps) & VMS engagement
- Work with network development to strengthen dealer capability, coverage and quality standards
- Resolve product & customer issues through close engagement with dealers, parts & service and technical support teams
- Support financial solutions for dealers and customers by working with field representatives and finance teams
- Manage SG&A budget for your region, ensure DOA compliance, and uphold company policies and controls
- Maintain strong dealer relationships through regular engagement, communications, and strategic meetings
- Ensure warranty terms & conditions are enforced within guidelines and program updates and program improvement programs are delivered within required timeframes
Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience in the agricultural machinery sales or related industry
- 4+ years of experience in sales management with a strong track record of achieving success
- Relevant qualifications in management, marketing, agribusiness or related discipline
- Highly developed leadership, communication, interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong understanding of business systems, sales processes and operational frameworks
- In-depth knowledge of farming practices, seasonal cycles, and the needs of farmers and contractors
- Demonstrated results-driven, proactive and enthusiastic approach to your work and leadership
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven environment and managing multiple stakeholders
