Job Purpose

The Product Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and customer expectations throughout the production process and lifecycle. This role involves monitoring quality performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess product quality throughout production and post-production stages.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues, conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve product quality.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports and standards.
• Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience Required

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering.
• Agricultural background or sound knowledge of agricultural practices.
• Quality management experience and problem solving expertise
• In depth knowledge of quality tools: Design Reviews, FMEA, Control Plans, Fault Tree Analysis, Product Validation/Verification using statistical techniques.
