Job Purpose
Ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement of processes related to the Procure-to-Pay cycle, guaranteeing that policies, procedures, and internal controls are properly applied and aligned with corporate guidelines and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Map, document, and review processes and procedures within the PTP area (purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and payments);
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, tax regulations, and legal standards;
- Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements to optimize processes;
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and necessary evidence;
- Develop and update manuals, workflows, and work instructions;
- Act as a reference point for clarifying doubts regarding processes and policies;
- Identify operational risks and propose preventive and corrective controls;
- Collaborate with partner areas (Procurement, Accounting, Tax, IT) for integration and process improvement;
- Participate in digital transformation and automation projects within the PTP area.
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
- Previous experience in PTP processes or financial areas is desirable.
