Scopo del ruolo

Manage the assigned application / set of applications / part of maior applications with the goal to ensure the overall service level and supporting application enhancements / projects.

Maggiori Responsabilità

•    Manage the assigned applications portfolio and coordinate with other ICT team (e.g. Infrastructure & Security) to ensure overall service level; Support solution proposal in collaboration with the other ICT areas. 
•    Participate to projects for application evolution and maintenance, ensuring quality and methodology compliance. 
•    Ensure the coherence of the application system to business process requirements. Maintain business/user requirements documentation, technical documentation, training documentation.

Esperienza Richiesta

•    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 
•    2+ years of experience in IT Application / Software, with proven management capability. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of programming languages, software development, and applications. 
•    Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
•    Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
