Job Purpose

To strengthen organizational culture and talent development by strategically supporting organizational development initiatives and conducting targeted recruitment processes aligned with technical and cultural fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct specific selection processes, aligning profiles with managers and conducting competency-based interviews.

• Plan and execute organizational development actions (training, culture, engagement).

• Support training programs, aligned with the corporate Talent Management area.

• Generate and analyze HR indicators related to DHO and R&S.

• Act as an internal partner to leaders, promoting continuous improvement actions.

• Participate in global HR projects, aligned with the company's strategy.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and good market practices.

• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract and retain talent, improving the company's perception as an attractive employer.

Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields.

• Master's degree in Organizational Development, People Management, or related fields (preferred).

• Previous experience in HR and recruitment in medium or large companies.

• Proficiency in talent management tools and HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP, etc.).

• Interpersonal skills, systemic vision, and analytical ability.

Preferred Qualifications

English - Advanced level
