Job Purpose
Intern Program Overview: We are committed to building a strong talent pipeline by investing in early career professionals. Summer interns work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August. Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program.
The Technology Communications Intern will support CNH’s Global Technology Communications team within Global Brand Communications. The team is responsible for translating CNH’s technology priorities, product innovations, and customer value into clear, compelling communications for internal and external audiences. It works across CNH’s agricultural brands, regions, and functions to support consistent technology storytelling, new product introductions, thought leadership, media engagement, and major industry events.
In this role, the intern will gain hands-on experience supporting communications campaigns and content that demonstrate how CNH technology helps farmers improve productivity, efficiency and the performance of their operations. The intern will collaborate with communications, marketing, product management, digital and public relations teams to help develop content, coordinate projects and prepare materials for technology launches, executive communications, media opportunities and industry events. This role is ideal for a student interested in strategic communications, public relations, agriculture, technology, and brand storytelling.
The intern will contribute to real business priorities while building skills in writing, project coordination, message development, campaign planning, media relations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support communications planning and coordination for CNH technology initiatives, product introductions, thought leadership programs and major agricultural industry events.
- Support content and asset management by organizing communications materials, maintaining project trackers and helping ensure teams have access to current, approved content.
- Support new product introduction communications by helping develop message frameworks, value propositions, proof points, feature-and-benefit summaries and supporting launch materials.
- Assist with technology messaging development by helping translate technical product information into clear, audience-focused stories that communicate customer benefits and business value.
- Assist with media relations activities, including researching media outlets and reporters, maintaining media lists, monitoring relevant coverage, developing media briefing materials and supporting interview preparation.
- Help prepare for major industry events and media engagements by coordinating materials, researching topics, developing speaker or executive briefing documents and supporting event-related communications.
Experience Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Agribusiness, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Strategic Communications, Agricultural Communications, English, Business, or a related field.

The annual salary for this role is USD $19.83 - $26.27 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
