Job Purpose

CNH is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled SAP Solution Lead to support Procurement and assist with Finance IT initiatives across North American Corporate Functions. This role blends architectural leadership with hands-on SAP system support, focusing on SAP ECC and S/4HANA platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SAP MM, and knowledge of FI/CO modules and a passion for delivering scalable, integrated solutions that align with business goals.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP architecture, including module interdependencies, customization, and integration with non-SAP systems. This role requires strong leadership in guiding technical teams, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design, configuration, and optimization of SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems (Primarily MM, knowledge of FI & CO).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Define and implement integration strategies with external systems (APIs, middleware).
  • Support SAP upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
  • Oversee data conversion, mapping, and validation processes.
  • Lead testing phases (integration, UAT) and support end-user training.
  • Manage vendor relationships and enforce SLAs.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and solution roadmaps.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to SAP capability development.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-7+ years of SAP experience including MM module and S/4HANA, with proven management capability.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of programming languages, software development, and applications. 
    • Troubleshooting: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues. 
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
    • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals. 
  • Strong understanding of SAP integration tools (IDocs, APIs, PI/PO).
  • Experience on 2 or more SAP Implementation Projects.
  • Experience with data mapping, conversion, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP knowledge / experience in EFM, PP, FI & CO modules.
  • SAP certification in relevant modules or architecture.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid SAP deployments.

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is $72,750 - $97,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
