Job Purpose

Test, repair, troubleshoot, diagnose, and calibrate a variety of electronic or electromechanical products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect, repair, and update components on electronic or electromechanical products.
  • Verify components meet current specifications.
  • Assist with customer service calls to the department.
  • Monitor reasons for product repair and provide information to appropriate team members.
  • Provide training as needed and as directed.
  • Work with internal and external teams regarding data relative to product repair.
  • Communicate with and provide support for external repair centers.
  • Properly document returns, including warranty status, parts used, and overall repair summary.
  • Monitor returns for trends and issues and inform appropriate team members.
  • Participate in production improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow established safety and ergonomic standards.
  • May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
  • Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the divisions’ quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.

Experience Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 2 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical systems.
  • Ability to use various hand tools and electronic test equipment.
  • Proficiency with a computer.
  • Team player who is self-motivated and has the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace efficiently.
  • Well-developed problem solving analysis and problem solving techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff.
  • Attention to detail. 

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $18.75 - plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
