Job Purpose
CNH is seeking a Marketing Manager, OEM and Technology Channel to lead strategic marketing efforts for the Raven brand and support our network of technology partners and equipment manufacturers.
You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop integrated campaigns, promotional programs, co-op programs, and event activations that resonate with the tech distribution channel. You’ll analyze performance, manage budgets, and provide insights that guide future marketing investments and product positioning. You’ll also collaborate across global teams to position emerging technologies like autonomy and cloud solutions to ensure consistent brand alignment across CNH’s commercial portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead marketing and brand strategy for the OEM and technology distribution channels, including the Raven brand, that align with the business unit goals and objectives to promote its brand and products.
- Develop and manage co-op programs, promotional programs, campaigns, sponsorships, and event initiatives tailored to the needs of the OEM and technology distribution channels that will help achieve objectives including, but not limited to, brand awareness and lead generation. Provide suggestions and insights to improve KPIs.
- Manage budget and track spend by channel and/or campaign.
- Analyze market data and campaign performance to identify opportunities, optimize spend, and improve KPIs such as lead generation, brand awareness, and customer retention.
- Provide marketing support to partners through webinars, toolkits, and in-person sessions.
- Maintain proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and visibility of marketing initiatives.
- Support product launch planning and execution, including messaging development and performance tracking that promote the OEM, technology distribution channels, emerging technologies, including autonomy and cloud solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across CNH’s commercial brands and product portfolios.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) success through strategic marketing planning, launch execution, performance tracking, and optimization across multiple concurrent projects.
- Act as a liaison for experiential marketing efforts, including trade shows, dealer events, and sponsorship activations that promote the OEM, technology distribution channels, emerging technologies, including autonomy and cloud solutions.
- Partner with global leadership to position emerging technologies, including autonomy and cloud solutions, for successful go-to-market execution and revenue generation.
Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Journalism or Direct selling and marketing experience with knowledge of competitive practice, equipment capabilities, marketing techniques, business management, materials creation and current farming practices.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience working directly with an independent dealer or franchise network either B to C or B to B.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to agriculture or B to B or B to C technology.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with precision agriculture technologies or ag equipment industry is a strong plus.
- This position may require occasional travel (<20%) for dealer events, training, or industry tradeshows.
