Job Purpose

Assist clients in the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides customer training on-site and through webinars.

• Assist sales and technical sales through implementation planning and training through webinars and on-site.

• Provides customer support through implementation planning and process.

• Creates implementation training and timelines.

• Develops configurations that support business processes.

• Develops implementation plans and processes.

• Tracks project issues and ensures they are resolved.

• Configures and customizes systems to match specifications for clients.

• Tests and troubleshoots final system setups.

• Provides status updates and reports to manager.

• Collect post-implementation feedback to look for issues and opportunities for improvement.

• Demonstrates the Dimensions of Competition and Raven Team Member Values in their daily actions and encourages their teams to do the same.

• May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.

• Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the division’s quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.

Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or related field.

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is $63,000.00-$80,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
