Job Purpose

Perform inspection and testing functions on machines and equipment in the production area to ensure conformance of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Calibrate equipment to accuracy within allowable tolerances.
• Establish and track calibration requirements to industry certifications.
• Maintain current calibration certifications.
• Gather measurement standards, manuals, and required records.  
• Determine allowable tolerances according to manufacturer’s guidelines.
• Identify needs for machine maintenance.  
• Coordinates calibration schedule.  
• Participate in production improvement initiatives.  
• Demonstrates support for company culture in their daily actions.
• May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
• Learning, understanding, continuously improving, and promoting the quality management system in accordance with ISO standards.

Experience Required

Minimum 5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent training in related technical field.
