Job Purpose

Are you a passionate individual looking to grow your career in the technical space supporting the cutting edge of machine technology in the Australian & New Zealand Agricultural industries? We are seeking a Service Technical & Training Specialist responsible for developing, managing, and executing the delivery of technical support, product management (technical aspect) and technical training on products offered across the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilising the framework of established processes to analyse information and support dealer technicians with diagnosing and troubleshooting technical concerns on mid-range tractors
• Collating and tracking emerging product concerns and escalating through the appropriate processes and teams to ensure proactive resolution
• Prepare and deploy Product Improvement Programs market-specific to mid-range tractors
• Develop and deliver technical training for mid-range tractors
• Scheduling field visits to support field teams and dealer technicians resolving complex technical issues

Experience Required

• Strong technical knowledge of agricultural or construction equipment, ideally with prior experience on mid-range tractors
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience with major components such as engines, hydraulics, final drives, differentials, transmissions as well as troubleshooting
• The ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics is essential
• Ability to research and analyse large amounts of technical data spread across multiple platforms and prepare for further review 
• High level of working flexibility and willingness to travel
• Ability to work independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and strong presenting skills are highly advantageous
