Job Purpose

This position is responsible for identifying, planning, coordinating and managing North America (NA) projects with the global project team(s), model maintenance unit (MMU), key users, ICT team and associated supporting departments for business validation, as well as with the System Integrator for delivery when necessary. This position is eligible for our hybrid work model working three (3) days on-site in our offices in Racine, WI and two (2) days remote/home office. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with NA finance and business leads to understand developing fiscal, tax, process changes and system updates that will impact finance 
  • Assist with potential solution determination for demands, engaging local expertise 
  • Identify and document clear demand scope requirements, timelines, goals, resourcing needs and potential budget 
  • Advocate on behalf of finance for the demands to be prioritized, by being the voice of demand and project management in NA finance environment 
  • Partner with the finance team as required to ensure projects are conducted in a proper manner to achieve required outcomes 
  • Identify, plan, monitor and document tasks throughout projects 
  • Work with project team to ensure all activities and deliverables are executed promptly 
  • Prepare effective communication with stakeholders concerning project status 
  • Responsible for coordinating feedback from other subject matter experts when needed- owns the requirements process for assigned work streams, working closely with all stakeholders to define the overall model and processes to ensure project meets local business needs 
  • Map As-Is finance processes and activities to collect specific requirements 
  • Support on change management activities  
  • Support key users for the go-live and post go-live support 

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree  
  • 10+ years experience in project management 

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP implementation or detailed usage desirable 
  • Knowledge on finance/accounting processes 
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills 
  • Strong communication skills and capacity for teamwork
