Job Purpose
As a Network Development & Dealer Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our dealer network’s growth and performance across the APAC region (Australia, New Zealand, China, and Southeast Asia). This role is central to implementing our Go-To-Market strategy, ensuring dealers deliver excellent customer experiences, and providing data-driven insights to guide business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, regional stakeholders, and headquarters to drive process improvements and strengthen dealer performance.Job Purpose
Key Responsibilities
Network Development Specialist is an important central position to the APAC Network Development Organization and is responsible for the following activities:
- Support the implementation of the Go-To-Market vision and strategy, ensuring alignment across departments through a clear governance model.
- Define and manage a KPI system, leveraging market knowledge to measure and track dealer network performance.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the dealer experience in APAC, coordinating with other regions and aligning with local market strategies.
- Partner with the Department Manager to translate business needs into projects and activities, identifying the most effective solutions within company standards.
- Contribute to process improvements and optimize dealer data flows for efficiency and accuracy.
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis and reporting, creating dashboards in Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare clear and impactful presentations (PowerPoint) to share analysis and insights with headquarters and APAC country teams.
- Educate and train business users on how to effectively use dashboards and reports for self-service insights.
Experience Required
- 3–4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within network development, dealer management, or dealer experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills, with the ability to approach business challenges in innovative ways.
- Experience leading or supporting large-scale change programs across multiple business divisions.
- Solid understanding of dealer management and commercial operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Business-focused and target-driven, with initiative and a proactive mindset.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal, with an enthusiastic and collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
- Advanced skills in Power BI dashboard creation and configuration.
- Background in agriculture and knowledge of agricultural practices is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage personal schedules, travel, and priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel across the APAC region as required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong project management and planning skills.
