Job Purpose
The APAC Data Analyst is responsible for delivering performance metrics, indicators, and analytical insights to support Parts Operations across the APAC and India regions. This role enables accurate performance monitoring, generates valuable operational insights, and supports data-driven decision-making. The analyst will report directly to the Parts Operations Manager for APAC & India and will work closely with regional stakeholders and cross-functional teams, both within and outside the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Visibility: Produce and publish key performance dashboards (Monthly KPI Book, Weekly Distribution Dashboard, Daily Material Management Dashboard, Daily Inbound Pipeline Report) that provide leaders with actionable insights.
- Turn Data into Direction: Translate stakeholder needs into actionable insights by collecting, consolidating, and managing data from systems and teams across APAC
- Enable Global Collaboration: Share monthly KPI reports with global teams and controllers, helping to align regional actions with global objectives
- Innovate & Improve: Contribute to enhancing our BI tools, data quality, and reporting technologies - your ideas matter here
- Solve Problems with Data: Deliver ad hoc reports to uncover root causes or performance issues and help guide corrective action
- Champion Data Integrity: Play a key role in improving data alignment and quality across systems and regions.
Experience Required
- 3–5 years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual (Charts, Graphs, etc.)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights
- Proactive, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Self-motivated with a passion for mastering new tools and concepts
- Independent thinker with an innovative approach to solving complex problems
- Adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong foundation in computer science and hands-on experience with data management
- Proficiency in ETL, analytics, and visualization techniques
- Working knowledge of SQL and data modeling principles
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI; experience with VBA is highly desirable
- Familiarity with IBM Cognos and Databricks is a strong plus
