Job Purpose
The Regional Sales Operations Manager provides commercial leadership support and operational oversight for the assigned region, driving alignment between sales execution, supply chain planning, marketing strategy, and market intelligence. This role enables regional sales performance through disciplined forecasting, objective setting, technical sales leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve retail, order intake, and market share goals. Position is located in Saskatoon, SK.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Forecasting
- Coordinate regional retail and industry forecast planning (RPT) in collaboration with Supply Chain and commercial teams.
- Align production, inventory, and retail demand to support order intake and dealer requirements.
- Monitor retail trends, forecast accuracy, and market dynamics to inform proactive decision making.
- Support development of regional business objectives for Territory Sales Managers, including order writing, retail performance, and market share targets.
Marketing Strategy & Business Intelligence
- Serve as the regional liaison to Channel Marketing and Programming teams, ensuring effective regional implementation of programs & initiatives
- Support development and execution of regional marketing strategies aligned with product launches, promotions, and brand priorities.
- Aggregate and communicate regional market intelligence, including competitive products, promotions, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Translate market insights into actionable recommendations to support regional and enterprise commercial strategy.
Technical Sales & Product Specialist Leadership
- Lead and develop the region’s Technical Sales Product Specialist team.
- Define priorities, objectives, and performance expectations to support sales effectiveness.
- Coordinate development of regional sales support tools, training materials, and marketing collateral
- Lead planning and execution of regional in-field product demonstrations and customer events, partnering to deliver high-impact customer experiences that drive demand & brand loyalty
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial management, marketing, or related roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead across functions and influence without direct authority.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30%+.

Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is CAD $111,750.00 - $171,350.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
