Job Purpose

As a Field Service Representative, you will be highly customer-focused and action oriented in the world of Construction Equipment. Our growing team is looking for someone who is excited to support the dealer service teams to ensure customer productivity, uptime and profitability by providing necessary service levels and managing relationships for Case Construction. Ideal candidate lives in southern California or Nevada. 

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate dealer capabilities, and work to develop a service action plan by comparing dealer current state to dealer standards, while examining future needs based on projected business growth.
• Work with national accounts to provide assistance, reduce downtime and provide training.
• Evaluates dealer service personnel and training needs.
• Initiates action plans based on results of investigation, by comparing knowledge, skills and abilities of current personnel to those required for dealer business growth.
• Provide dealer, customer service and product warranty training.
• Evaluate warranty impact on dealer performance and customer satisfaction in territory, while reviewing data on product failures and cost of warranty claims, with ultimate goal to resolve product failures and increase product uptime.
• Resolve product quality or performance issues for customers and dealers within specified timeframe. Call out to Region Service Manager, as appropriate, by providing direct and indirect technical problem-solving skills.
• Assist Region Service Manager in providing technical feedback from the field to manufacturing, marketing and engineering on dealer/customer issues, and serves as member of sales pursuance team.
• Establish and maintain ongoing positive relationships with customers to secure and develop their future business.
• Provides training to field service technicians, dealers, and customers on products and services, including preventative maintenance and configurations that may favorably impact performance.
• Provides technical feedback from the field to manufacturing, marketing and engineering on dealer/customer issues, and serves as member of sales pursuance team.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing 
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience with off-road equipment with a focus in aftermarket support

OR

  • Associate degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing
  • A minimum of 6 years of work experience with off-road equipment with a focus in aftermarket support

OR

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • A minimum of 8 years of work experience with off-road equipment with a focus in aftermarket support

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $84,000.00 - $129,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
