Job Purpose

In this role, you will be responsible to drive supplier execution and order fulfillment activities across the CNH After Sales network by managing supplier relationships, monitoring open orders, resolving discrepancies, processing invoices, and implementing actions that reduce backorders and improve delivery performance directly to our Dealer network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with CNH's DFS (Direct From Supplier) supply base to support business objectives and improve supplier performance.
  • Proactively engage suppliers to expedite parts deliveries for dealer orders, reducing customer backorders and improving on-time delivery performance.
  • Communicate, negotiate, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure orders flow efficiently through business systems and processes.
  • Monitor and manage high-visibility suppliers and critical parts, providing regular updates and escalation support to management.
  • Perform open order board reconciliation to identify and resolve order issues, shipment delays, and system discrepancies.
  • Research and resolve order discrepancies, including quantity, shipment, and system-related issues, partnering with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
  • Process and reconcile supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and timely payment while investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies.
  • Navigate multiple software platforms and reporting tools to monitor supplier performance, order status, inventory flow, and customer demand.
  • Analyze data and prioritize daily responsibilities to support departmental objectives and operational performance metrics.
  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and implementing solutions that enhance order fulfillment, supplier performance, and customer satisfaction.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
    • Associate's degree plus 2 or more years of supply chain experience, OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4 or more years of supply chain experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with large data sets, formulas, and basic reporting.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and with external suppliers through a variety of contact methods, including phone, virtual meetings and email.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agriculture and/or Construction Industry Experience 
  • Experience leveraging technology and data analytics tools to identify process improvement opportunities and enhance business performance.
 

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is $55,725 - $85,445 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
