Job Purpose

The MMU Analyst - OTC focuses on strengthening Finance Order to Cash processes and shaping best‑practice solutions across a global organization. This position supports the Finance community by driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring that processes remain aligned with the global SAP landscape. It’s a great fit for someone who thrives on problem solving, and enjoys cross‑functional collaboration. This position is eligible for our hybrid work model working three (3) days on-site in our offices in Racine, WI and two (2) days remote/home office.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be the operational bridge between Finance users and technology teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide expert support to the Finance OTC user community on SAP and process‑related inquiries.
  • Prioritize and resolve issues within established timelines.
  • Ensure consistent adoption of global OTC standards and best practices.
  • Collect, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business teams and IT to design and validate solutions.
  • Communicate and train end users to support solution adoption.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in OTC Finance for system enhancements and SAP implementation projects.
  • Maintain customer, material, and warranty master data within SAP and legacy systems.
  • Set up and maintain product tables supporting revenue cycle flows and reporting.
  • Ensure system configuration supports correct end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash processes.

Experience Required

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance Order‑to‑Cash processes
  • Experience with SAP (strongly preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cross‑functional, complex, and global environments
  • Strong communication skills with both technical teams and business users
  • A collaborative, customer‑service‑oriented mindset
  • Interest in working with a global team

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $63,000.00 - $92,400.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
