Job Purpose

As a Pricing Specialist, you will support the Case IH and New Holland brands of agricultural equipment by leading pricing activities for assigned products within the Central Pricing team. This role can be tailored to entry or mid-level candidates depending on experience. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Global Product Marketing, Brand Program Teams, Finance, and Dealer Support to ensure pricing accuracy, maintain profitability, support brand strategies, and contribute to audit compliance.

You’ll leverage tools such as SAP and PRP systems to execute pricing tasks and provide actionable insights.  Power BI, and Power Automate would be beneficial to future tasks.  Your analytical and strategic thinking will help shape pricing decisions and maintain competitive market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the pricing lead for assigned product categories, supporting brand objectives and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain and update SAP systems to ensure accurate product offerings and pricing processes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align pricing, programming, and order periods.
  • Audit and monitor product invoices to ensure correct pricing and terms are applied.
  • Provide pricing recommendations using historical data, market insights, statistical analysis, and pricing tools.
  • Partner with Global Product Marketing to present competitive pricing insights and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce pricing policies and procedures.
  • Recommend and adopt new technologies to enhance pricing competitiveness, evaluate product mix, and identify market trends.
  • Analyze product price positioning in the marketplace for relevance and accuracy.
  • Use analytical tools to generate market position reports for Marketing Managers.
  • Review pricing activities and provide strategic recommendations to mitigate errors and support audit compliance.
  • Collect and maintain competitive pricing data to inform pricing strategies.
  • Create and support competitive pricing comparisons for assigned product categories.
  • Support brand initiatives through pricing recommendations and industry analysis.
  • Coordinate with DSS to ensure accurate processing of debits and credits in receivables.

Experience Required

  • 1-2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Minimal travel required (10%).
  • High School Diploma/GED required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working with SAP systems.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Background in agriculture, construction, OEM, automotive, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
