Job Purpose

The Parts Phase Out Analyst plays a pivotal role in leading the North American Service Life End Date (SLED) process. This position is responsible for coordinating the phase-out of over 10,000 parts annually, ensuring a balanced approach that serves customer needs while aligning with business priorities. The analyst will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage regional requests, and deliver timely reporting to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

    • Chair the weekly North American SLED Board, coordinating with 10–20 members including buyers and senior leaders
    • Manage and follow up on actions from SLED meetings to ensure efficient execution
    • Lead PT6 Sweep and slow mover clean-up initiatives
    • Oversee plant parts outsourcing strategies
    • Review End-of-Life parts lists and conduct follow-up meetings with stakeholders
    • Handle final decisions on phase-outs, balancing customer needs and best business practices
    • Coordinate with other regions on global parts phase-out and all-time-buy strategies
    • Deliver monthly performance reports within five business days
    • Maintain accuracy of Engineering Action Requests system

Experience Required

    • Bachelor of Science/Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Agricultural Engineering, or AG Systems Management with minimum 2 years of experience in product function, design,  working in global, cross-functional teams—preferably within agricultural or construction equipment industries or 
    • 6 years of relevant experience 
    • Demonstrated creativity and drive to identify timely solutions

Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong commercial mindset and customer-centric leadership style
    • Previous experience working with agricultural and/or construction machinery

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $72,750.00 - $84,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
