Job Purpose

As the global subject matter expert on multiple equipment product platforms, you will maintain serviceable parts within the scope of Aftermarket Solutions (AMS) Lifecycle guidelines. Determine forecast to meet consumer demands and create inventory replenishment strategy for new and current product. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze engineering and production Bill of Material (BoM), technical drawings, and engineering standards in order to refine the Service BoM using the relevant serviceability guidelines, product knowledge, and evaluating the possibility to standardize parts.
  • Setup parts from the refined Service BoM using key relevant attributes defined by Master Data Management, resulting in more efficient procurement and logistics process.
  • Work closely with internal teams to maintain and setup Marketing, PS&T, and Reman products.
  • Execute Global Parts Phase-In for all CNHi locations by providing an accurate initial monthly forecast using product knowledge, expertise, and information from equipment platforms; accelerate parts availability while minimizing inventory obsolescence.
  • Manage and maintain requests including Parts Phase Out, RFQ Cancelations, RFQ Re-Kicks, Part Costings, Kit Review and Updates, Intercompany, and Paint.
  • Facilitate Parts Determination meetings to ensure that required service parts are setup, forecasted, and phased-in properly in order to fully support new product launches. Determine the Parts Classification for new parts in relation to the Initial Stocking List (ISL) and Critical for Launch (CFL) to review with key members from platform engineering, quality, and commercial groups during PDM.
  • Approve or deny all AMS Lifecycle specific Global Product Development (GPD) milestones.
  • Track and report out on required stocking criteria for ISL, CFL, and new parts during Platform Milestone meetings pertaining to GPD requirements for product launch at time of OK to Ship.
  • Support Breakdown Assistance (BDA), Incident Management Team (IMT), and Dealer Parts Support (DPS) requests for alternative backorder solutions.
  • Review and report root causals for backorders on new parts released within the last twelve months.
  • Being the subject matter expert pertaining to your platforms, you will represent AMS Lifecycle in different projects with international colleagues across multiple regions.
  • Travel to different locations as required for AMS Lifecycle and equipment platform needs.

Experience Required

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Management, or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in production planning, supply chain/inventory forecasting and planning, including the ability to collect and analyze relevant market data to predict future needs and trends.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Agricultural, Construction, or Automotive industry, with a comprehensive understanding of equipment operation from both a technical and application standpoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a technical support role is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a proven track record of utilizing data to inform decisions.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work autonomously with little to no instruction
  • Good presentation skills; ability to facilitate multi-function meetings with internal groups.

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is $72,750 - $87,300 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
