Intern Program Overview

We are committed to building a strong talent pipeline by investing in early career professionals. Our internship and co-op programs provide mentorship, training, hands-on experience, and growth opportunities that empower students to explore their career paths with confidence. Summer interns work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August. Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program.

Job Purpose

The Operational Support and Training team develops practical training and support resources that help customers, dealers, and internal teams effectively operate CNH agricultural equipment and technology. The intern will work alongside training and technical specialists to support the development of operational training content, including instructional videos, quick-reference materials, digital learning resources, and other operator-focused content. This role will provide hands-on exposure to agricultural equipment and precision technology while helping the team research common operator needs, develop new training materials, update existing content, and support major product and technology launches.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the development of operational training materials, including short instructional videos, quick-reference guides, presentations, and digital learning content.
- Research equipment functions, precision farming technology, and common operator questions to identify opportunities for new or improved training resources.
- Work with subject matter experts, training specialists, and other internal teams to gather technical information and validate training content.
- Participate in hands-on equipment and technology activities to better understand product operation and translate technical information into clear, practical instruction.
- Support training readiness activities for new product and technology launches, including development and review of operator-focused support materials.
- Review and update existing training content for accuracy, usability, consistency, and alignment with current products and processes.
- Assist with organizing, publishing, and maintaining training resources across applicable digital platforms.
- Support analysis of training usage, learner feedback, and other available data to help identify content gaps and improvement opportunities.

Experience Required

Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $20.34 - plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
