Job Purpose
The North American Case IH Product Communications role ensures that global product launch assets—developed by the Global Product Communications and Creativity teams—are effectively adapted, localized, and deployed across the diverse North America markets.
This role bridges the gap between global content creation and regional market needs, ensuring that all product-related communication materials are relevant, high-quality, and delivered in time to support commercial objectives, Go-To-Market timelines, and retail campaigns.
This role collaborates closely with global product communication teams (who deliver master assets) and regional communication services teams responsible for translation, adaptation, and localization workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1) Adaptation of Global Launch Assets for North America
- Review and adapt global master-language communication assets—including product messaging, brochures, photography, video content, key visuals, press releases, and social assets—to the North America market needs. (Alignment with global delivery of master launch assets)
- Ensure all adapted materials reflect North America - specific regulatory, cultural, and customer-centric requirements.
- Coordinate with the North America Communications Services team to manage translation, versioning, and quality oversight of all assets for regional rollout.
- Validate that all communications respect brand guidelines, narrative consistency, and tone of voice across North America markets. (Brand consistency guidelines)
- In addition, the role is responsible for ensuring that all adapted assets are properly stored and tagged within the designated repository (DAM) in a timely manner. This includes managing and assigning appropriate access levels for different regional stakeholders, such as dealers, internal teams, and external agencies, to facilitate efficient asset retrieval and usage.
2) Product Launch Support & Go-To-Market Readiness
- Ensure product launch communication plans are sequenced and aligned with regional commercial objectives, anticipating market-specific needs. (Regional launch sequencing)
- Deliver or coordinate delivery of all product launch materials for North America dealers, digital channels, PR, and retail partners.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and scouting of product communications to identify best practices, emerging trends, and competitor approaches across North America and global markets.
- Partner with regional marketing, product management, PR, social media, and digital teams to ensure GTM timelines are fully supported with the right assets. (Coordination with regional teams)
- Support retail and tactical campaigns by adapting product-centric messages and assets to reinforce point-of-sale activation and digital retail journeys.
3) Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with:
- Global Product Communications teams to integrate global positioning and messaging frameworks into regional executions. (Global strategy & messaging collaboration)
- Collaborate with Regional Product Marketing, Business Marketing Managers, AG PT teams to include input integration.
- Studios and creative agencies on last-mile adaptations for North America campaigns.
- Market communication specialists to capture local insights and ensure timely delivery. (Coaching markets & ensuring readiness)
- Provide continuous feedback to global teams on North America performance, needs, and insights to improve future global content quality and applicability.
4) Photoshooting & Audiovisual Content Oversight
- Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of product photoshoots and audiovisual productions to support product launches and GTM campaigns across North America.
- Collaborate with CNH Studios, external agencies, and creative suppliers to ensure high-quality production of photography, video, and multimedia assets aligned with global creative direction.
- Ensure all audiovisual and photography assets are delivered in required formats, meet technical quality standards, and are adapted for the North American market needs.
- Support local markets during field shoots and product filming when needed, ensuring correct product portrayal and consistent brand representation.
- Manage production timelines, logistics, and approvals to ensure materials are available ahead of GTM milestones and dealer communication needs.
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in product-focused roles supporting multi-market environments.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to interpret global direction and translate it into regional execution.
- Strong editorial and storytelling skills, focused on customer-centric communications.
- Detail-oriented project management with a structured, process-driven mindset.
- Digital and social media literacy, with an understanding of North America market nuances.
- Cultural agility and sensitivity to market-local patterns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in agriculture or similar industrial companies.
- Previous experience in a multinational or matrixed organisation.
- Understanding of integrated communication channels (PR, social, digital, dealer communications, events).
- Good stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- An international background and additional languages are beneficial.
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is $86,625 - $132,825 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
