Job Purpose
The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, acting as the operational backbone of our marketing initiatives. Responsibilities will span a variety of tasks, requiring excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Campaign Coordination: Writes creative briefs for marketing initiatives used to input agencies. Coordinate product launch updates w/product team for spec sheets, website details, call-outs and portal materials. Develops content strategy with agencies for updates to signage, touchscreens, digital media about products and programs. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email and print.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Proactively develops content updates across platforms including touchscreens for tradeshows and Tomahawk facility in alignment with CASE CE brand initiatives incorporating messaging from Attachments, Parts and Capital.
- Asset Management: Project management of details on both Monday and PageProof tools to ensure projects are moving forward in a timely manner, once projects are completed ensuring correct steps are taken to wrap up and retain proper documentation of assets. Coordinate management of DAM (digital asset management) tool to ensure compliance with process guidelines and conduct quarterly reviews of assets.
- Social Media Monitoring: Prepares regular report-outs and recommendations on social activity/digital footprint by monitoring competitors and social influencers in our industry.
- Customer Center Coordinator: Manage preparation for dealer groups at Tomahawk by facilitating comms with group lead and finalizing all arrangements prior to arrival. Recommend yearly updates/improvements to Tomahawk registration website. Manage iCapture result collection and uploads to Salesforce website post Tomahawk dealer groups.
- Budget support: Manage purchase requisition and invoice process for marketing department vendors.
- Inventory Coordination: Support inventory management, SiteWatch tracking of company owned units for photo shoots, tradeshows, Team Rubicon and Tomahawk.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communication, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in related field
- Strong proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
- Experience using PageProof, Monday.com, Acquia (asset management)
- Ability to run meetings with clear objectives/agendas and task management post meeting
- Ability to work in a self-directed role with fast changing priorities across multiple disciplines
- Experience working with multiple teams/agencies across time zones
